10/24-Pres.  Environmental Program Manager, Wyoming Military Department, Cheyenne, WY.

·        Lead the agency’s statewide environmental program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

·        Serve as the principal environmental advisor to the Adjutant General and executive leadership, providing guidance on the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), cultural and natural resources, air and water quality, hazardous waste management, and all other aspects of environmental compliance and stewardship.

·        Establish and enforce environmental policies, standards, and compliance strategies, coordinating with the National Guard Bureau (NGB), regulatory agencies, and senior stakeholders to support military readiness and ethical environmental stewardship.
